Seasonal Ale: Plum Pudding
Every family has a few Christmas traditions and this one’s ours. By using a blend of pale ale and crystal malt, Styrian Golding hops, and some festive ripe fruit flavours, it’s nothing less than Christmas wrapped up in a glass. We all love brewing it, almost as much as we love tasting it.
Available from mid-November until the end of December.

Visited for lunch on a Friday afternoon, I had the duck wrap and my partner had pulled pork wrap. Mine was delicious, could not fault it, and my partner said it was the nicest wrap he'd had in awhile. Lovely staff. Visited again the next day after being to Chester races. Sat outside and had some drinks - wines and gin & tonic, were peckish so ordered 3 small plates of duck wraps, pate and lamb kebabs. Beautifully presented and extremely tasty! Waitress service outside was very attentive, even though it was extremely busy. Patio heaters and blankets are a nice touch. Can't wait for my next visit.
Visited Duttons today, it is one of our regular places to go for something eat when in Chester. Although they were busy (visited around 1pm) and had to wait for a table for 10 minutes the staff had it under control and working to the maximum. When seated, we weren't made to feel rushed. Great food, tasty, hot and all washed down with a lovely bottle of Prosecco. Will be back again next time we are in Chester.
What a find. The food was amazing. The staff were attentive and the restaurant has got a great ambience. There is seating outside where you can relax with your favourite drink - I will definitely return
