‘I have been working in Duttons since December 1962. Cooking has always been my passion and I’ve loved watching Duttons become one of Chester most popular venues. Recently I took part in a children’s cookery school project which I really enjoyed.

I like drinking vodka, singing (badly), and dancing (badly) and my favourite food is Paella.
